My family doc suggested Kroger pharmacy to fill scripts. I have been doing so for 2 yrs now & I love them!! By joining Kroger pharmacy program ($36/yr) I have saved money. Whenever I have spoken to pharmacy staff, always helpful & professional. Great job & thank you Kroger pharmacy!!

The employees at this location will not go out of their way even a little bit to help. It takes forever for a rx or refill. It's always , it'll be ready after 1. I understand being busy but if I drop a rx off at 9am after a emergency visit and need meds ASAP can you at least try to hurry the process? I told the employee my husband had been out of his meds for 5 days ( not their fault) but could they please rush it even if it was a hour or half hour earlier and she rudely said no. I mean there is no customer service at all at this location. What happened to at least trying to be helpful?

At 10th and shortridge they love to say. It will be ready tomorrow.
I hate making additional trips because they cant do their jobs.

Just waited 12 minutes to speak to someone in the pharmacy dept. Finally just hung up. If you have to wait that long, I can't imagine how long it would take to fill a prescription.

They are very rude hang up the phone in people face really bad customer service
