I have severe anxiety as it is but going to the dentist is absolutely nerve wrecking for me. The entire staff at Aspen Dental made me feel so at ease and cared about! They were very informative and took the time to help make me more comfortable during my visit. I look forward to finally getting the dental work that I've previously dreaded. Everyone was so kind and patient. Special shout out to one of the receptionist, Debbie, for going above and beyond and really making me feel like I matter! Huge thank you to all of you at Aspen Dental! Keep making people smile 😃

I called Aspen, (South Bend), to make an appointment to get new set of dentures. Presently, my upper was cracked. Was told plates start at $900 each but they had a sale now starting at $299 a plate. Was able to get in same day because Warsaw office had a cancellation. All went well with my upper being repaired, but at the close of my visit I needed pay for my new set. I requested the dentures that started at $299 and was told Warsaw office wouldn’t honor the sale and produced a total cost of $2000. Needless to say, I left and wasn’t able to get the new set ordered.
I did reach out to South Bend office about the ordeal. Very pleasant and professional people in South Bend office, and am confident it will be taken care of.

I will never go anywhere but to this business the best quality of work I've ever had done and the best dentures or partials I've seen made. Most importantly is how im treated. I used to be afraid to go and this environment is easy free flowing doesn't seem like im at a tense medical office. And the staff at this one is the greatest also. Friendly and helpful always nice every time im there. Thanks everyone there. I love my smile again.
