Don't give them your business. They have a low standard for the services they provide. Two of the fillings I got at Beaumont Leestown location flat out fell out of my mouth - one of them fell out during a cleaning and they had the nerve to make a joke about how if it hadn't happened while I was there that I would have to pay for it.... I also had a root canal done here and during the operation, they did not communicate with me very well at all. The nurse kept leaving with no explanation. Started going to a different dentist and they told me that the fillings I had were not put in very well. I would not recommend this place.

The staff is always super friendly! Whether it’s an appointment for all my kids or just me, they treat us all with kindness and are great with my kids!!

I have lived in Lexington for 5 years and found this office online. They have been great every time I go in, very friendly, and very organized. Their appointments do fill up very quickly and very far out though, so only cancel if you absolutely have to, otherwise you could be waiting several weeks or months before you can get in again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Takacs since 2005. My entire family have been patients here. My son and husband no longer go to BFD because the hygienist said he had eleven cavities that needed to be filled. Since he left her practice and has been seeing another doctor for three years, they've never noticed ONE cavity. I highly suggest getting a second opinion if you think you do not have cavities. I do feel that Dr. Takacs is a perfectionist and takes pride in her work, as she should. She is a wonderful doctor. I just wish that the hygienist and the billing director had been more honest with us about the cavities. They flat out lied because they wanted to make money. When my husband addressed the situation, they said he DID have the cavities, even though our second doctor stated that he did not and he's been going there for three years and they've never found any issues. Also, I have major issues with the scheduling attendant, Rita. I have told her several times how rude she is on the phone and that if she spoke kindly, it would be appreciated. She continues to be rude. I have reported her NUMEROUS times for being rude to me and my daughter. Not only to the kind employees that work there, but in the "suggestions" box that they have in the waiting area. To my knowledge, she's never been addressed for her rude behavior. She is going to run off good, long time, well paying customers.

Missed one appointment this year. I forgot its my fault but I have a filling that has fallen out that was done by them about 6 months ago. Its huge and it is hurting. They just ignored me, I am not aloud back. Great dentists though, I will miss their work. Update: My jaw is now popping like crazy everytime I eat on the same top side they worked on. I do not want to go back to Beaumont because of being told not to come back, so now I'm out more money to fix what they should of been able to do. They could have said come back we'll fix your tooth and then you're not allowed back here no more.
