This is a joke of a hospital. My mother's biopsy of her stage 4 cancerous tumors was done improperly and has put her in tremendous pain. They said it could be because they accidentally caused internal bleeding, but not to worry because they would look into it during her pet scan, which they have now cancelled twice without warning due to the machine being broken, so my mother fasted unnecessarily and wasted her time and energy. Not to mention the fact that they don't take possible internal bleeding more seriously. Now the soonest they can do her pet scan is a month from now and we still don't know what type of cancer she has or how aggressive it is. These people are incompetent, callus, and seem completely aloof.

Great Hospital. They are so friendly and there's very little wait time. Physicians are very knowledgeable and experienced..

Worst hospital !!! DO NOT GO HERE unless u absolutely have to, nurses on 8th floor r terrible especially Madison and if your things get stolen u can report it but they dont care, if u get to talk to Pam Vanhoose she will plainly tell u "she dont have time to talk to u" and hang up but she will say "she'll call u back" which is a lie she nothing but a LIAR. Go to U K lexington Drs and Nurses go above and beyond to help u, the hospital is clean food is amazing when u call a nurse she comes to your room

I’m sitting in the ER with my father; whom was brought in by ambulance. 2 hours and all he has had is a BP cuff and pulse oc. Twice someone has opened the door but has not entered. The room is filthy. The floor is sticky to walk on. Don’t come here is you have any other choice.

If you're almost dead and have no other options, then this is the place for you. The doctors are not the problem. It's the staffing all the way up to the top chain of command. If there's a problem, instead of apologizing, they will send you a letter describing that they checked it out and simply take the word of the offending staff. Instead of the apology we got a letter meant to ward off a lawsuit. Five issues were completely denied by the. We just wanted to make them aware, not file suit. Anyway, you will leave angry, still sick, or dead.
