The entire team that worked with me the day I went were so polite and over and beyond helpful. I drove almost an hour to go here rather than the one near my home because this facility is so well run and I knew this as my brother had been there before. I had a very short wait time, and they did a great job. The front desk staff was super efficient and friendly . Katherine S was one of the front desk members who helped me, the person who ran my MRI machine was very nice, and the person who read my MRI were amazing as well. Everyone really made me feel at ease.

Very nice facility; plenty of parking. Had an upcoming appt and forgot to get an update on one CAT scan, one MRI, and one X-Ray for my cervical spine, and one chest X-Ray. Called at 11 am; staff said to come in and they'd work me in. Everything was finished in an hour or so, including burning DVDs for me to bring to the appointment. Second time I've been to this location. Chesapeake Med Imaging has always been top-notch, and I've had numerous scans over the past 10 years.

I have been here twice in the last few months, and I love how fast efficient and professional they are here. Rarely see anyone else in the waiting room, and I love how the radio techs make you feel really comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

My appointment was originally scheduled for 5 pm , l received a call from the front desk asking for a change of schedule to accommodate their doctors. Being an understanding patient l agree to the schedule change. I was rescheduled for 1100 am it is now 1200 I am yet the seen. This office has no concept or respect of patients time . would not recommend.

The office scheduled my appointment in the incorrect office, so when I figured out the error I rescheduled with the correct office... I was at the office 15 minutes early as instructed but had to wait over an hour after my appointment time to be taken backup start my procedure
