1st visit and here are my impressions - While I was there 3 different patients had issues with billing and were told it wasn't handled in this office. I was asked to come 1 hr early to fill out paperwork which took 20 min. I then waited another hour - 30 min past my appt time. The Dr said he had called in a new prescription for me; however, when I went to the pharmacy no prescription was called in. I then called the office but since it was a new prescription I didn't know the name of it and I didn't know the Dr name I was told they wouln't be able to help me. I said that the infomation should be in my chart but was told they didn't have access to it.
