Jacked my back up in the Army. Haven't been able to walk right, and everything causes me pain. Without doing any of his own tests the doc just dismissed me out of hand. I went there for help, not to be treated like trash.

Was referred here for a broken arm/wrist. My primary took an x-ray, confirmed a break and made an appointment for me to see a Dr here.
My mother had to drive me, because I was not able to drive. We were greeted, actually, greeted is to nice of a word. The women behind the desk were to busy talking, I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before they would acknowledge my presence. We waited in the waiting room for a couple hours, then were called back and sat in a row of chairs, another sort of a waiting room. Finally put in a room, an x-ray was taken. The x-ray tech took the fastest x-ray ever. I wondered if it even showed up correctly . I'm no expert, but I do have common sense.
Back to the room to wait and there we sat, for another hour. Finally my mother got up and asked what the wait was for?
The nurse had forgotten about me! I was ready to walk out when the Dr walked in and said there was no break. Really?
At that point I had lost all faith in them and was ready to leave, my mom was stunned. I got a second opinion from another Ortho Surgeon and it WAS broken. I was in a cast for a little over 8 weeks, then physical therapy.
Maybe it was just a bad day, we all have them, we are only human, but unfortunately from what I have read it happens more often than not.
Be informed, take someone with you and don't be afraid to ask lots of questions.

Excellent Dr.'s & Staff. Top care Given, with 4th Hip Replacement. Dr. Ajay S. is an Awesome, top of the line Surgeon! He fixed my hip, that other Surgeons Couldn't. He takes time with you & answers All questions you may have. Bedside manor is a 5 Star, Plus. Check it out for yourself & you won't be sorry..😎

The office staff & assistance were very helpful and patient. I would recommend this office to those who need orthopedic care!! Dr Dass has been very patient and kind during the time of my care, I heard nothing but good things about this office!
