Wanted to give a shout out to my cashier today, according to the receipt her name is Cynthia. She was very pleasant to chat with while she was scanning my groceries. I always appreciate people like her who are pleasant and kind. Customer service in general is almost always A+ at this location. Even during these very trying times for people working in customer service industries.

First, let me say I love Meijer...I shop there every week but on occasion, I've been disappointed and this past Sunday was one of those times.
I went to the bakery looking for these cupcakes that I like and I couldn't find them...I asked the lady did they have some in the back and she told me no...now, what irritates me is the fact that she didn't even go and look, something that they are trained to do and how do I know this?!! Every single time I have asked for something not on the shelves, they will always go to the back to try to find it...every single time except this one.... really disappointed in the lack of interest in my concern...not good Meijer!!!
