Absolutely dreadful customer service. Lisa was rude, and acted like she was doing me a favor by answering my questions. After way too many years with Ridgeview, I switched to Allina home medical.

From initial consultation through over 10 years of equipment orders Ridgeview Home Medical Equipment has been consistently helpful and convenient. I left the area for awhile and had them shipping my equipment with no issues. I tried another company closer to my new location and came back to Ridgeview for their easy ordering, reminders, and shipping.

I called Monday to order URGENT C-PAP Supplies..because I need them as mine fell apart. I cannot breathe without my Cpap at night .well..todays Thursday still nothing. I called and I guess they'll arrive friday. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I stop breathing in my sleep. ..and without my supplies I am at risk of DEATH. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE AFTER TODAY. MANY TIMES MY HOSE IS DEFECTIVE &
I DON'T GETBA REPLACEMENT. .INSTEAD I NEED TO USE DUCT TAPE. VERY UNSATISFIED LATELY.
