Trying to schedule a physicians appointment. After pressing 1 from the automated voice selection, it just hangs up every time. They need to get this error fixed. I hope they're not upset if I show up without an appointment.
Update: I showed up with an appointment and explained that I wasn't able to schedule over the phone. They were great about it. I was able to be seen and got everything was taken care of. All of the staffs were nice and helpful. First time at this location and it was a positive one.

One of the most caring group of people that I know. Dr. Clair and Aaron have been my "rocks" throughout my surgeries. My PT person, Dan is so supportive and caring as well. And then you have the amazing women at the front desk that great you with amazing smiles and great attitudes. I would highly encourage anyone to get any of their orthopedic needs taken care of at Twin Cities Orthopedics in Woodbury. Thank you!!

Booked a first time appointment today. Checked in and sat down in the lobby right at my appointment time. I waited 30 minutes and then got my copay refunded. If you take appointments, keep the appointments. Summit orthopedics is right across the street. Tria orthopedics is also here. Plenty of alternatives that can’t be worse!

My husband had an appointment with Dr Sautterbach in Woodbury for shoulder had mri sent in she still wanted xrays we did the xray and told him there was nothing really wrong just simple bursitis no arthritis in there at all didnt want to give him the time of day. We didn't agree so we got a second opinion with one of their other doctors. We are currently awaiting a schedule date for him to go in and have surgery done he has some significant things going on that need to be addressed .Thank god for doctor Meyer he was wonderful patient caring understanding and very thorough made him feel like he mattered. I wouldnt recommend the other gal my husband is steaming.

The front desk staff are great ago see when you walk in but the nurses are not personable in any way. Once you get in the back, there are no greetings, smiles, or even a hello. They kind of avoid you quite frankly.
The building is pretty nice and the waiting room has amenities like coffee, tea, water, fountain drinks, including TV and Wi-Fi!
