Had to find help for a major purchase..after being chased down there was very minimal communication. Did not offer any product information or what items were included with this particular model. When asked whether an older lady with very limited electronic knowledge would be able to set it up ; the response was, well kind of and kind of not' Did not explain the warranty coverage nor return policy. The most helpful action was having an associate help me to my car. I certainly hope the product is better than the service provided. I would request that some training and remedial action be taken with the Department.

Exactly what I expected. I was able to find all the items I came in for at prices I expected. I do find it weird to be in cattle country and have so little roast beef options in the deli meat section. A wall of ham and turkey, with 2 kinds of beef. Odd, but in line with other stores we saw in the area.

Bought a phone Friday.it was used and still under contract to someone returned it Sunday.I was going to switch to a different provider because I was frustrated with the fact that after 8 you can't get customer service autohateit I say. I was out time and energy the assistant manager was seemingly unable to put himself in my position . I want to be impressed with people when they are in the position of authority. Helping others is important . One way to accomplish that is looking through a perspective that encompasses what someone goes through the situations they might get buried by . I explained it but it wasn't well voiced .my phone was exchanged even upgraded I followed up that direction by going to last place I was treated poorly .

I like going to Walmart as their prices are awesome! MOST of the staff can be short with people at times, I just get sassy right back! Sonetimes they are out of everything so makes for a wasted trip. Overall it is a good store!!!
