Save yourself the trouble and do not go here! I had a absolutely amazing doctor for about 15 years, then when she moved I needed to find another doctor so I gave this place a try. This is the absolute worst doctors office I’ve been to. I scheduled a appointment, showed up 15 minutes early, was checked in, paid, brought to a room and then waited over a hr to be seen by the doctor. When she finally did come in she was standing in the hallway laughing and chatting with other staff members, with no care for the fact that I waited over a hour in the room for her. On a second occasion I made a appointment for a eye infection and what I thought was acne on my back. At the visit she sent in a prescription for the eye infection and informed me what I thought was acne was actually a staph infection. She said she wanted me to use some over the counter to wash first to see if it helped and if not to call back and she would prescribe a prescription to take care of it. I informed her I’d rather just take the prescription and not deal with something that may or may not work, she urged me to do it, so reluctantly I used the over the counter wash. No surprise it didn’t work, when I called back they said that because she didn’t put any notes about it that I would have to make another appointment for them to look at it. They are money hungry and there is no reason I should have to pay to be seen again for the same thing. Never going back here.

Never have I ever had so much dissatisfaction in a healthcare provider. RX's are not filled correctly more often than not and thus I am made to wait as the errors and oversights are corrected, THOUGH such errors would not have occurred if PCP's actually adhered to-cared about-or paid attention to things notated by the patient themselves OR the patients chart.

Laurie Jorgensen Arnp, and her Nurse Liz. Best quality care, compassionate, extremely thorough and always on time! Both have been recommended by myself for my family members to join their care.

Dangerously disorganized office. They called me to tell me I needed to come in for a checkup before they would renew my prescription, which my doctor hadn't told me when I saw her the month before. When I agreed to come in, they then said, "Your birth date is [INSERT WRONG DATE], right?" They also billed my husband twice for an appointment and sent him to collections for not paying the $25 copay he had already paid, and then it turns out they lost his medical records.
