The customer service in the pharmacy was terrible. We registered for a vital Covid test but were told we could not do it, even though we had an appointment, because the pharmacist did not have login credentials. We were then advised to drive another 20’ in the opposite direction to try and get test at another Rite Aid. Extremely disappointed.

Went here a few times during my vacation and 4/5 were good visits. Only trouble was, one of the cashiers responded rudely to a question we had at the checkout about an item we bought, which was unprecedented and uncalled for. I hope during my next visit, the customer service will be improved.

Don't subject yourself to the rudeness at this store. The "gentleman" that works here is rude, unprofessional and needs a lesson in customer service. I watched as he displayed his lack of people skills to other customers during their checkout. I decided NOT to complete my purchase and went to a store that actually practiced customer service. This was not my first time in this store that I witnessed such a sad excuse of customer service by this same person. I will never shop here again and will encourage all my friends and family to boycott this store.

Anne and Jenn are incredible. They always go above and beyond to make our experience extremely comforting. When I panic because something could go wrong with filling a prescription due to the many changes in health care, and drug coverage , these two take the time to make sure that I am relaxing and they assure me that everything will be fine . We have an upcoming vacation, and my brother was worried about a medication he needed, but wouldn't be refillable until the middle of our cruise. Ann and Jenn took care of these issues, got vacation refills for him These two took care of all his meds, and he was able to relax and not worry about getting his meds the day we leave . These two always make you feel welcome and that your not an inconvenience whatsoever. I really enjoy going to Rite Aid in general, but when I have transactions at the pharmacy I always leave with a smile. Thank you Ann and Jenn.
