extremely disappointed in his professionalism and care for my daughter. We have been a patient for the past several years and this time around, he was definitely not professional ... His biggest concern was if WE were vaccinated, and was agitated that my daughter has yet to get vaccinated, instead of the issue my daughter was experiencing with her sinuses... When she told him she was getting dizzy from her congestion and has had repeated sinus infections , he dismissed her, told us he never heard of anyone being dizzy with sinus pressure or inner ear clogging and said that she needed to go to a primary care physician . He took literally 5 minutes to check her sinuses and ears. The day before we went to an eye doctor who urged her to go to an ent due to her allergies and the congestion she had behind her eyes... Extremely disappointed and will not be a returning patient with my entire family.
Update: my daughter went to a sinus center and was diagnosed with menieres along with severe nasal swelling. The new Dr prescribed all meds to alleviate her discomfort. Unlike Dr. Katz, they did not question or think her symptoms were odd
