We were referred to Advocare by my daughters pediatrician and ended up in the Springfield location seeing Dr. Strassberg. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful with what we were there for. Dr. Strassberg was extremely patient, thorough & answered all my questions before I was even able to ask. I was very please and happy leaving knowing my daughter was well taken care by an extremely friendly and caring doctor and staff. If we ever needed to see an orthopedist again we would definitely go back even though it was located 30 minutes away from us. Thanks again!

Met Dr. Lin at Advocare on a Saturday during walk-in hours. Great bedside manner with my child. He was good in the office, and we saw him again a few days later for orthopedic surgery. The wait time was reasonable, and the in-office amenities for children were good: toys, TVs, kid tables and books. I recommend Dr. Lin and Advocare.

June 19. I had an appointment that I made a month ago. I got there around 3:45. Pay my copay and start waiting for almost 1 1/2. The place was packed. And every 5 minutes there were more patients coming in. What happened was that I think they did was giving appointments a lot of appointments at the same time and no way you gonna get in and get out quick. I told the secretary why it was to long and she said that there was a lot of people and I understood. I noticed new people coming in and she will called them first than me and also I noticed other person telling her to help her out to get inside and she did. And then I went to her and told her when it was gonna be my turn and she said almost and then I saw her putting new files on top of my sons file appointment. So I decided to leave. My point is that they ask you first for your copay after that your supposed to wait. They don’t care how long. They give tons of appointments at same time which is.not smart All I’m talking about here is about the stuff who works at front not doctor. Also when I called the office nobody answered the phone and is a lot of people there so I don’t understand So whoever who’s reading this try to understand my anger that day.

I loved Advocare ! Staff was great. Dr very nice to my daughter and very informative. I love that we could just walk right in and they have late hours. You do have to wait but that is to be expected with a walk in office. Highly recommend.

Beware. Rieger took my 17 yr old daughter in to same room as my 14 yr old son. Had them both wait naked except for paper robes for 45 minutes. Literally spent 15 minutes with both. Asked my daughter about her menstrual cycle in front of her little brother. Billed us more than $1,500. Terrible! Reported them to insurance carrier for improper practices.
