Attempted to make an appt today for a breast ultrasound due to an abnormal mri so you can imagine what’s going through your mind especially with my family hx of cancer. I was scheduled at the marlton office for the same afternoon only to be called about 45min before my appt after I had already made changes with work and childcare to be told they had to cancel my appt because it needed to be done at a women’s center and the couldn’t accommodate me with another appt for 3 days. Very disappointed they couldn’t fit me in same day being it was not my mistake.

I had an appointment today, arrived and waited for my turn to be called to the desk to be told 1 xray machine is down and the other is booked for 1 hour. I dont have an hour to wait. Here is a concept call people with appointments and tell them so there time is not wasted.

One of the worst places to unfortunately had to deal with.
Let’s see...
- rude receptionist with attitude
- they have no idea what they are doing nor do they talk to each other therefore resulting in numerous calls by the patient to get something very simple straightened out
- no follow up
- straight up lie to the patient that they took care of something when in fact they didn’t lift a finger to do so.
The place should change management or something.
Never going back.

The 2 receptionist are very courteous & respectful. The Female tech was not very nice . She did not allow me to sit in office to supervise my son who is under age while in MRI machine . The manager said that I would only be allowed to supervise my son in the imaging room while the MRI unit is on therefore exposing me to unnecessary magnetic waves. I found SJR to be insensitive and unreasonable The tech . did not say goodbye to me or explain when results would be sent to doctor . I have been to other facilities and received profession and. Courteous attention . I will consider other MRI offices to get proper attention and care . No Thanks !
