Everything about my visit to Amazing Grace Family Dentistry was nothing less than perfect. The whole staff was very friendly, courteous, and also competent. The Doctor was extremely thorough, and attentive to my needs through the duration of my procedure. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Dentist. Kudos to Amazing Grace Family Dentistry.... Keep up the good work !!

The staff a this location is professional and friendly. The girls at the front desk are nice and I felt like they genuinely cared about my experience. The dental assistants are professional as well as kind, they clearly care about the client. The dentist is not only knowledgeable but takes time to explain procedures as well as options, I was truly impressed with his ability to listen and be concerned with my needs. I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist office here, the staff, the dentist they all really care about the client. Recommend highly, worth every penny of your money!

This was not a good experience. As I work a day job and go to school I needed find a place that's open on Saturdays, so I found Amazing Grace Dental. I scheduled an appointment and the front staff was very nice as well as the hygienist. I went in for a routine cleaning and this dentist suggested that I get my prior cavity fillings taken out and refilled. So, thinking that he was good at his job, I went ahead and had him remove the fillings and refill them as well as complete one new filling. The dentist said that HE would be doing the cleaning and the fillings but after around 2 minutes of fidgeting around in my mouth he started with the fillings. No cleaning was done but I paid for it. He finished the fillings quickly and I left. Once I woke up the next morning and my face was no longer numb I tried to eat some cereal and I could not bite down on my right side without terrible pain. I thought the pain would go away after about 2 weeks, but it was still there so I scheduled a new appointment to get it fixed. When I came in he got to that right side and used a drill for maybe 30 seconds and told me I should be fine after it was ground down, so I left. The pain got worse. Such a bad job was done on my cavities and I was still in pain after 3 months, I just went to another dentist that was recommended by a co-worker. This new dentist told me the filling that had been hurting very bad, it had a pocket underneath the filling. I'm not sure what that means but it was definitely not done right. This new dentist was amazing and he redid All my fillings. The only downside is that I had to pay out-of-pocket for them because I used my insurance at Amazing Grace. Lesson learned. I'm not one for negative posts on Google but I felt like this had to be heard so others don't make the same mistake of going here.

They call you to remind you about your appointments more then twice then when you actually show up to ur appointments the place is closed! At least let your patients know you will be closed and not send message reminders that same day
