The staff is courteous and professional. Dr Trujillo is compassionate and makes patients feel valued. They were all knowledgeable & responded to concerns about dental health immediately. It was the an exceptional customer service experience. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!!!!

The staff here are all professional and extremely courteous, I mean everyone from the receptionists who greet you and schedule your appointments to the dental hygienists, assistant hygienists, and the dentists themselves. Yesterday I had to wait a little longer for my appointment - something that has never happened before in the 2 years I've been coming here - and they immediately, proactively offered to comp my flouride treatment without me even asking or voicing a complaint. This is not only the best dentist's office I have ever had the pleasure of using - this is one of (if not THE) best BUSINESSES I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Dr. Trujillo has been absolutely the most gentle dentist I have had the experience of knowing. The office couldn't be more friendly and helpful. I have also recommended family to this dentist and will continue to do so.

I hesitated and thought if I should write this review due to the fact that it was only one person who made me a bit uncomfortable. This was my second time visiting the office and I have to say I was a little let down from my first experience. My cleaning with Emily went great as it did last time, her new assistant was so friendly and helpful but once it came time to check out I felt like I was a bit of a bother. There were two girls at the front, one was on the phone and the other checking patients out. I had to wait till the woman in front of me checked out what was not the problem. What bothered me was once it came time to check out the girl in glasses just did not seem happy to be helping patients out. She was extremely rude to myself and the woman in front of me, did not have a smile on her face, and was just all attitude. I don’t write this as a warning to anyone to stay away from this office but just to let the owners know of the issue. If I can notice other people being treated this way then I know other parents are seeing it to. I really do like this office but maybe try talking to your employees about how they should treat patients. I am someone with fear of dental and this just made me feel uncomfortable. Thank you for your time and opportunity to voice my opinion as a patient.

I'm new to town and visited High Country Dental to have a crown that had come off re-attached. The staff was very friendly, the care excellent, and the cost of the "introductory" visit very reasonable. I gave them four stars because I am self-pay and they were not able to tell me what the cost for cleaning would be past the "introductory" visit. This matters to me and doesn't seem that it should be a mystery. NOTE: The office contacted me by phone a couple of days after my visit to provide me for the fee schedule I had asked about. This was very helpful!
