Wonderful pharmacy! Kind staff, very helpful and great prices. Do prescriptions for your pets at great prices. I have full sleeves and they don't care if a customer has tattoos or not. Great people!!!!

I've had such terrible service from this pharmacy. I've had to wait over 4 weeks to get my B12 refilled; apparently they "lost" my prescription which was a 2 week delay and then they couldn't fill the prescription until the following Friday. Apparently their policy has changed and you need to prepay for your prescriptions but we weren't told then when we filled the prescription... So instead of calling the number in the database, they called the wrong number and I had to wait another entire week to get my B12. Also, I've had vials that are over filled and underfilled in the same batch; terrible quality control. I wish I had a different option for my B12 shots. Oh... and the last debacle; not necessarily their fault - they "offered" to give supplies with the shots instead of just providing it. My husband was picking up this prescription and declined thinking we didn't need it. I mean really - who let's someone leave without the proper supplies. I'm so disappointed in this pharmacy.

First time here and two concerns. I dropped off my prescription around 11am and was told it would be ready after 2pm. It was not ready when i came back at 2pm. I had to wait for it to be made. Secondly roxanne was extremely rude to me and seemed that it was more important to gossip with her coworkers than to help customers. She was very unprofessional and i will not be spending my money at a pharmacy like this.

If I could put zero stars I would. They are horrible at filling prescriptions. They do not have empathy or care that being with out your medications causes you negative symptoms. Talking to management doesn’t help and they are even worse on the phone. Online prescriptions are a nightmare and the new app is just as disappointing. I’ve given this pharmacy years of my business and I’ve regretted every minute of it.

***SHORT ANSWER***
They are not the only compounding pharmacy. Just found Olive Tree Compounding Pharmacy in Rio Rancho and they are so much nicer, friendlier, modern, etc...
My wife has been going to Menaul Pharmacy for 2 years now. She wasn’t feeling well because she was out of her medication for 3 days. Didn’t hear anything from them so she called them and the receptionist got really nasty. Then she said the doctor’s not filling it because it’s illegal to have a prescription filled from a different state. 2 years filling it and then 2 years later illegal. She asked to speak to Navid, the owner of the pharmacy and he got nasty with her too. She told him that she wasn’t feeling well and he said, “I don’t care, I’m not getting in trouble for anyone.” I called the DEA because testosterone is a controlled substance to check if what he said was true. They confirmed that it was not illegal because our doctor in he other state is registered in the state of New Mexico. I called the Pharmacy board about Navid and they also confirmed that what he said was incorrect. The Pharmacy investigator called the Pharmacy owner and shortly after we received a phone call from the nasty receptionist that they were now going to fill the prescription. My wife told her that she just lost a customer and Gabe her a few choice words were she can take the prescription. Why? Aren’t they the only compounding pharmacy in Albuquerque? Nope! There is Olive Tree Compounding Pharmacy in Rio Rancho. My wife just picked it up from there and said the facility was a beautiful facility. They were very friendly too. Thank you Menaul for helping us find the better alternative.
