I was in and out in like 15 minutes last week when I had to get a scan of my chest/lungs. Then today I called to ask for a CD of the images, which will be ready in 30 minutes. Both experiences they were super nice and efficient!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Rude front desk staff who didn't hardly acknowledge me and even worse Ultrasound technician. She wouldn't talk to me during the procedure or explain what she was doing. When I asked her what we were looking for she was not specific at all. It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience. You would think the technician would tell me what she going to do to me especially since this was my first ultrasound.

The front office saved my bacon. They were hugely helpful after some mix ups with insurance, doctor office and scheduling. They made calls and got the clearance to make it happen. The procedure went very smoothly and everyone was just wonderful. Highly recommend this office

Not open on Saturdays except for procedures, however, the office is open and there are no signs stating that they only do procedures on Saturday. My X ray order had the location, but no hours. Yes I should have checked before going, but since the door was open and there was someone waiting in the lobby, it sure looked like they were open to me. After well over an hour, I got tired of waiting and walked to the back to find help when someone heard me and came out. They then went to talk to the person in the waiting room who said he had been waiting 3 hours with no word on the person he brought in for a procedure.
Why would you leave the doors to your business open without even a sign on the door or at the empty receptionist desk saying that you are only open for procedures? Anyone could walk in and take whatever they want and probably will after reading this!
If this is how they manage things, what is the quality of their diagnostics and procedures?
Solution: Put a sign up somewhere, or better yet, have a human around somewhere.
