While the xray service I received was fine the billing process is unethical and shady. I never received a bill from this company. I never received a phone call from this company and now I am looking at a bill of collection. This is not the way to conduct business. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Great effectiveness in the reception area through the actual imaging. Quick, businesslike, polite, reassuring. Nice clinical summary on my patient portal. Maybe these people should coach the staff at the XRANM Breast Imaging Center.

I'd rate them a 10, if I could. I needed a CT scan. They were able to get me in faster than originally scheduled. More importantly, from the front desk to the procedure room, everyone was calm, clear, and understanding. Jared did the scan, and he was professional yet reassuring. I've been to X-Ray Associates for other tests, too, and have never waited long. They'll give you a copy of the report, if you request it. Every experience has been top notch. Highly recommended.

I came here for a CT scanning. Customer service is excellent and staffs are very kind and highly professional. I just love them.

I am giving them 1 star only because I have to and the front lady was very nice. The wait was 30-45 minutes after 20 minutes the lady kept calling out for a "Kollis" nobody answered she did this multiple times. Finally after the 10th time another lady comes out and said my last name but completely incorrect but I am used to. The lady doing the Xray said "Kollis" I said no that is not my name! She was combing my first and middle name to together. I told her now I have heard it all. We go back to the room she said get undressed from the waist up so when I started to a man tried to open the door in that small room and I stopped him and she says "it's only a tech" I was like I do not care who it is I am trying to change and I do not need some random man watching or opening a door while I get undressed! She was so rude not once did she have a smile on her face. She than asked me why I was here I told her what it was and she is why do you think its that, what symptoms are you having. I was like you are not my doctor. Than when we were done she said it is your doctors responsibility to get a hold of you not us and started opening the door while I was trying to get my close back on. I do not recommend this place. I will drive farther if I have to. Make sure you have a whole day to do this or get there before they open because X-rays are walk-ins only.
