I've been going here since they first opened the Edgewood clinic, some 15 or 20 years ago, and i have always been treated well and professionally. The doctors and PAs turn over quite a lot, so I've seen several different ones over the years, but they've all been good. The support staff are warm and kind. Sometimes it can be hard to reach someone by phone because they can get too busy, but keep trying - they're worth it.

I was on hold for ten minutes for the phone to ring and then it tell me they cant take my phone call at this time due to high volumes of callers. Im 6 1/2 months pregnant and cant even get an appoiment.
Plus I am not allowed to take my seven year old daughter with me to my appointments due to covid so now getting my prenatal care is non existent because I always have her.

Went there looking for help with Medicaid because a friend referred me. I will not be returning. It took them ten minutes to realize I was waiting to be spoken to, someone finally came and asked if I had been helped. No, I hadn’t and I was THE ONLY PERSON THERE. They also couldn’t answer my question because “the person that does that left already” so it was a huge waste of time. I’m glad this is not my usual doctor/dental office and if you’re looking for somewhere to go I suggest McCleod instead.
