I called at 10AM, they said my scrip would be ready at 11AM. I arrived at 5PM, and they were unable to find my scrip. I was directed to the Drop-Off counter to sort it out. Jessica was quick to find my scrip, very helpful, and kind. Scott was also very helpful and engaging.

I have a couple of suggestions for the front cashier of the pharmacy. First suggestion being not to yell, "Do we have generic plan B in stock?!" to all your coworkers and in front of everyone else in line next time a female comes up trying to ask a question that was obviously something she didn't want to be yelled out. Next suggestion would be is when you find out a certain medication is not in stock, not to come up to the female and say, "Well, it is a popular item!" and again, not to yell it out as well.
People trust the pharmacy for confidentiality but I felt in no way were my needs met nor was my question answered appropriately.
