This pharmacy thoroughly impressed me. I started at Walgreens, but they could not figure out how to bill the VA for my prescription. Since I was already on Rinconada, I figured I should give Wal-Mart a shot. They used the same information I provided Walgreens, but actually figured out what to do. It was my first time picking up a prescription since enrolling in VA Healthcare, and I was admittedly not much help. I'm so thankful the associates at this location are as kind and knowledgeable as they are. The phenomenal staff, combined with the convenience of mobile ordering, have made this my new primary pharmacy.

I have always had excellent customer service! Whenever I have had questions they have been able to assist me with them and are always polite. I was not sure what the line was like inside, but I went through the drive through twice. Both times it was about a 15-20 minute wait. I would recommend going inside if you can, but in current times unfortunately that is not the best thing to do. However, once this all blows over, I will go back inside. I think I might transfer somewhere else because it takes a long time to do it at the drive through at this location.
