I have been experiencing a lot of vision issues with the contacts and glasses that I received. I basically cannot see a good portion of the time. I explained this to the scheduling people. With no sympathy or regard to my circumstances, they have an appointment for me in January. I think that they have great doctors but their office policies and staff are not good. They do not have a cancellation list. But you can call every day and ask if they’ve had a cancellation😕

My husband and I recently purchased new frames and lenses from the Los Alamos office and I would like to post my experience. I have a very strong prescription and need progressive lenses. I received my lenses and wore them for two days and found them very difficult to use. I called Randi Simmons at the office and she told me to come right in and she would troubleshoot with me until I was happy with the fit. We spent some time working with my posture in using the progressive and she was able to adjust the placement of the prescription to get the vision field perfect.I am very happy with the concern and care Randi took with me and and she found the perfect frames for my husband also.

I’ve been a patient/customer of the Los Alamos Eye Associates for over 20 years. Today Randi S. in the optical shop went above and beyond in helping me with an affordable pair of glasses. Professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience, the office staff member who runs the glasses section was condescending and rude. She did not even try to be helpful. To lazy to check the schedule for the next open appointment. Please avoid and try Orbit Eyecare for a better customer experience.
