I read the reviews and I was a little nervous about going there, however, all I found were kind and compassionate people from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. My wait in the lobby was maybe 20-25 minutes and that's because I had a stack of paperwork to fill out ( new patient). Waited in the room about 5-10 mins and in walks this very happy doctor that had no problem answering my questions and showed me all that the neck surgery would entail, he also has a nice sense of humor! I was very happy when I left and will go back again soon. I will update you with that appointment also.

It is STANDARD PROCEDURE for this doctor to keep his patients waiting THREE HOURS every time! No matter what time you set your appointment for - you WILL wait THREE HOURS. And his staff will act like you're the unreasonable one if you object to that. The staff is rude and uncaring, and it is very clear that Dr. Thalgott has no respect for his patients - not for their time, or their pain, or their lives! There are other doctors. Find one who doesn't treat his patients like cattle.
I'm not saying there was an emergency one time and I had to wait - what I am saying is that you will wait THREE HOURS every single time you go in for an appointment with him. And this is worth repeating - his staff is rude, uncaring, incompetent, and unpleasant to deal with even for the simplest interactions.
