These two stars belong solely to Dr. Mohen. She's amazing and I'm sad I have to leave the practice because of nonstop staff/administrative incompetence. I've finally had it. They have an after hours answering service but they dont get or return messages. They have a voicemail but dont get or return those. They have email addresses you will be admonished for sending anything to even if their OOO VM message is on after openign and even if once the lines are open, they dont answer them for another 30 minutes. I go there to get my headaches addressed and they largely only cause more.

Had a great experience with Dr. Mohen. She was attentive and listed to all my concerns and gave me multiple options for a treatment path. She was warm and friendly, highly recommend!! And Jeanette, who helped confirm and coordinate my appointment is absolutely awesome!!

Very thorough. Listened well and was empathetic to the pain I’ve been experiencing. Lots of testing ordered but this was to be expected. I appreciate that he was willing to suspend focusing on diagnosis while waiting for testing and lab work. And Gave me hope. Look forward to our follow up. Thanks so much, Dr Rabinovici!

Doctor saw me few minutes after I arrived on my appointment. Very little wait time. The office handled all pre approval for all test and explained my coverage. Doctor took his time to explain his evaluation and informed me in details of his findings.
Been an excellent experience for me.

I was very pleased with my first experience at NY Neurology Associates. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. Dr. Kaplan took his time to listen and read about my problems. He is very professional and informative and very easy to open up to. Very patient-friendly atmosphere in the office. The staff was extremely patient and helpful.
