The only phone options were to hit zero for assistance or to dial a parties extension. It then kept me on hold and then would ask me to press zero for assistance 3 different times. Was on hold for 30 minutes and then they dropped my call

I called to ask about an initial consultation, operator was very rude. Will not call them again.

Terrible, I cant even get someone on the phone to make an an appointment, finally got through to someone only to be transferred to another extension and placed on endless hold again.
