Tried to make an appointment for a consult 3 hours ago. I was put on hold and the would come back after minutes and say can i put you on hold? Repeatedly. They finally told me they would do their best to call me back. That was over 3 hours ago.
Imagine if i had a question or problem with my surgery? Not comfortable I’m going somewhere else
