These negative reviews are BS. Dr. U and his staff are extremely helpful, considerate and professional. Dr. U himself is knowledgeable, listens to concerns and provides an explanation to questions asked. During injections I have felt little to no pain/discomfort.. Dr. U is very good at what he does.

Every month after I go for my appt and injections I call to have my anti inflammatory med called in and leave messages and no one calls back nor do they check the messages and faill to call in the med for two weeks after leaving messages and speaking to the receptionist every single month that is the only thing that happens unfailingly

The worst pain management clinic that I have ever been to and will NOT be returning. After driving almost 2 hours, he spent 5 minutes with me. He would not listen to what has been tried before and was extremely hard to understand. Other physicians that I’ve had in the past were extremely pleasant and took the time to understand all of my diseases. I was appalled at this clinics lack of empathy. I would recommend him to no one.

If you're in pain, you'' feel worse. Dr. U treated my neck and it was pretty good. I felt better. Subsequently, I had a follow up during the time the pandemic started. As you know, we were all urged to stay home. I called the office many times, no one answered. No one called me to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, his assistant called me, passed him over to me , he asked "How are you feeling?" Charge $ 260.00 of which I am responsible for $80.00 +. I think it's abhorrent that they would do that but live and learn. Don't go if you don't want to be in more pain...financially !
