I have lived in Gloversville,N.Y just over 4 years now and have experience with most of the pharmacies in the area. Gloversville Pharmacy is the only place that has not made me wait as much as a week longer than what was absolutely necessary so I could get prescriptions filled. There has been a few times where they got extremely busy and took about 30 to 45 minutes longer than initially expected, but they have never said a pick up time and kept me waiting an extra 5 or 6 hours. If they are busy, they are courteous so they will inform you that it may take a while for any prescription/s to be filled. The only times I have had to wait days since I started going through them for my prescriptions was when I was having problems with my insurance and that was in no way their fault. Honestly, it's the best pharmacy in town, I would recommend them to everyone!

Great fast service, knowledgeable staff, i feel safe going in there during COVID because they have been taking precautions and have barriers in place. A+++
Overall great service month after month, been a customer a few years now.

Very nice people however it’s not my first choice pharmacy with the amount of time it takes to get a prescription or if it’s even available . I like to have my meds before I run out and when a script is called in from your doctor it take a minimum of 3 hours to days to get your script ready for pickup. I understand they are short staffed however with the location of the pharmacy it’s easy walking distance for many people so a large number of patients are to be expected as customers and also given the option for delivery.

I have heart disease , artery disease , type 2 diabetes , My doctor comes to My house because I can't leave my house , I'm on oxygen , i have a Enlarge Liver , My wife works and they won't deliver My meds , but delivers everyone else's My wife called them today too deliver my meds the pharmacist told her they can't deliver it .

Great service, polite people, always know who you are and refills or first time filling quick and on time,and of course free delivery !!!!
