Why are you given a scheduled surgery date but have to wait until the day before to get your surgery time?? So you're not allowed to have any other appointments that day and your whole day revolves this office? That's disorganized and quite rude. Not everyone is retired or have others who can just take off work to not be able to make other appointments.

Dr. Erdey did Implantable Contact Lens surgery on me and both my parents. We've been seeing him for years. He's the most knowledgeable opthalmologist there is. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I've called the last 2 days and have not got a return phone call. I went to this eye care center cause it was highly recommended. I've had dropless cataract surgery it's been about a month or so. And I still cannot see out of my right eye. And I have out-of-pocket expenses about $2,000 and I still cannot see. All I'm trying to do is what they do about circumstances like this, why should I pay for something that was supposed to work ? I was supposed to have eye drops put in my right eye a week before surgery but nobody told me I had a prescription until two days before surgery at Walgreens . It took Walgreens to call me to tell me about my prescription. And when I asked the doctor if I was supposed to use the eye drops he said no. I asked I don't know how many people and the answer was always no, it's dropless cataract surgery. Still to this day no answers as to why I can't see out of my right eye. All I want to do is talk to someone about what they do in a circumstance like this. Quite honestly I don't think I owe that bill because it didn't work, the procedure. So eye Care Center if you're reading this have someone call me. Plus I'm on SSDI and that's very limited income. And they require it to be paid in 6 months. Someone from the eye care center give me a call.
