Wife called to cancel our appointments because I was in the hospital having surgeries. They cancelled hers but not mine now they're billing us both $35. For no shows. I guess no matter what the situation is it doesn't matter. " Our policy" is garbage.

I had the most efficient and thorough eye exam. From the initial call with a pleasant receptionist to Dr. Spencer explaining in detail what him and his team discovered. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and one stop shop for any advanced eye treatments or concerns. I feel comfortable under their care.

I went to Dr. Spencer for my LASIK procedure. From day 1 he and his team were kind and informative, answering all my questions and being very flexible and accommodating. My procedure itself went smoothly and my nerves were settled by his amazing staff with their many years of experience, their great personality, and their willingness to review the steps of the procedure with me and answer all my questions. I could not have asked for better patient care and attention to detail by Dr. Spencer himself. It has been a great experience.

Doctor is always late, waiting forever even though I get first in morning appointments. Exams are quick though. But my eye is sure has not been solved and I have been unhappy, forced to make repeat visit after visit. The front desk staff needs some lessons in courtesy too. I was not treated properly over the phone for a very simple request. Waited forever on hold and then was hung up on abruptly by a woman after finishing our conversation. Rude!

What sets Dr. Spencer apart from every other eye doc I've seen is the care and concern he shows patients. I appreciate the time that he's taken to explain the best treatment options for my mother and I. Im grateful that he values our time and does a comprehensive exam. It may take a little longer, but what he does in one appointment, other doctors have stretched out and milked my co-pay over three appointments. He has integrity. The office is filled with state of the art equipment, the staff is friendly, and I saw on the news that he's one of a few doctors in the world leading research trials to cure blindness. Right in Dayton Ohio!! #daytonstrong. With that level of expertise right under our noses why settle for less?!!
