Today Walmart lost my auto service business for good. I have had numerous bad experiences here in the past but have overlooked it for the cheap price of getting tires installed. I've always had to deal with rude and inconsiderate associates and today was the last straw. It has always been first come first serve and I even read that online yesterday but when I came in at opening time today they said they were doing it by appointment only. In the past, they damaged my vehicle and it had to be towed to Sears for repair. Walmart did pay for this, but they were very hesitant to do so. They claimed that they could not find my information in the system so they weren't sure who did my previous oil change and that was who was responsible for the damage to my oil pan. Luckily, after searching all of my vehicles and my house I was able to find my paper receipt that Walmart was not able to find via my phone number and prove that they were the one who did the previous oil change. I am tired of the poor customer service here and will pay the $50 difference to get tires installed on my vehicle at Tire Discounters.
I would also like to add that, in the past, They have been rude to me when I've tried to make appointments because that is not their policy. I have called and they have told me that they weren't busy but they are first come first serve so they cannot guarantee my spot if people come before I make it there. Extremely poor customer service.

In October 2019 I experienced a flat tire. Due to a nail in my current one at that time. Mind you that was my ONLY issue with everything regarding that tire. No leaks anywhere else. I went and purchased a new tire at the Heath Ohio Walmart tire center. Come November 2019 that same tire is going flat. Found the leak around the valve. Took it back into the same store to be fixed. No problems. Another couple of weeks, same issue, same leak location. Now they say it's my rim that is the problem. If it's my rim it's because of the work they did, never was never leaking before their tire was put on.

Recently I took my trailer wheels there to get new tires. Glenn was quick, efficient, and polite. A couple of hours later he called me to tell me my tires were ready, but I was out of town and I wouldn't be back until about 6:15pm and the service shop closes at 6:00pm on Sundays. Glenn put my tires in a cart and took it to the service center for me to pick up when I returned. I wish all my interactions with Walmart were this pleasant! I've sworn off the Lancaster Walmart Auto Care Center, but I'll go back to the Heath store thanks to Glenn.

Turns out they lied about doing my oil change and my car went South quick and I had to go get another one done elsewhere. Beware of going to get services close to closing cause they want to go home and will straight skip steps to get there. Two stars still because the desk staff is actually knowledgeable and friendly.

Would be nice if they would answer the phones. Then you get re routed to women’s and they can’t help till you call a different number.
