Not me but my wife. Even after we had met out of pocket maximum for the year, they charged her an extra 100 dollars for a couple of classes back in October. When she arrived at the clinic today, they told her that she would have to pay again because they had no record of her payment. Luckily I haad access to a copy od the statement from the credit card company that showed the payment haad been charged but told my wife she would have to bring a copy with her next time. It really upset my wife. Nott pleased with OHSU at the moment.
