I got LASIK here in September 2020. The procedure went well and was a success. My issue is that, in addition to the LASIK operation cost, I was changed for the tests beforehand. I wouldn't have minded except that I was led to believed that pre-surgical tests were include in the cost of the surgery. Beware additional charges!

I have gone here for years for a variety of different issues with my eyes. I have seen several different providers, and all have been amazing. As a teaching hospital, there is a lot of focus on patient care, and providing proper care. I recommend this group for all issues. From basic appts, to explore testing, and surgery.

Staff is always very friendly and we get checked-in without having a long wait. They are very understanding and cooperative especially with my son who is 7. He gets extremely scared when it comes to the eye drops. They are calm and patient with him while we work together to get them in his eyes. So Thank You to all the staff and doctors at Casey Eye Institute you all are the very definition of excellent patient care. Three thumbs up to all of you and a 5 star rating from myself and my son!!! You all deserve this rating and so much more. Keep up the great patient service and patient care.

Been going here for about 3 years now. VERY helpful and informative staff and doctors. Everyone is always very nice and does everything they can to help. Waiting room/exam rooms are always clean. It's as pleasant of an experience as a doctor's office can be. Our family really does appreciate everything Casey Eye has done for us over the years.
