There are a lot of reasons why this place is so great. I can specifically speak for 10A. The nursing staff is wonderful and kind and eager to help. They are quick to help their patients and do it with a smile. The people make this place! There are also currently nearly 800(!) volunteers total in the hospital that are there specifically to make patients' stay more comfortable. The volunteer program is well organized and that shows by the level of training and scheduling. And the view of Portland is awesome!

I'd like to start by saying, I'm a small-town person and don't like traffic. On that note I thought the parking was going to be an absolute nightmare. Because the fact that I have a large truck I was concerned about parking in the parking structure. As I pulled up they assured me right to an oversized parking area that was right in front of the building. The staff was amazing. The rheumatologist there is an absolute dream. She was nothing but helpful kind and polite. A professional, kind, polite doctor, with a big heart, that actually listened.

My dad had to have heart surgery and the whole entire staff was more then accommodating! They have been super amazing and even laughed at his bad jokes as he was coming out from his anthestisia. Thank you for going above and beyond for him! He means everything to me and you have left an everlasting impression on my entire family. I can never thank you enough!

The NICU almost killed my brand new baby girl! By giving her a blood infection. They also treat babies like rag dolls ! The nurses are to busy socializing to even care for the babies they are watching. The doctors poked my daughter 6 TIMES for failed spinal taps that apparently in the end she never needed! Every time they poked her they missed for drawing blood. It goes on and on....... oh yeah and a couple years ago my cousins son had cancer and died during a brain operation!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN DEFINITELY DISGUSTED WITH THERE “CARE”....ps I have worked in health care for over a decade be warned!

They caused my grandpa a lot of suffering with their incompetence. Specifically, they radiated my grandpa's spinal column without warning us of possible damage to his esophogus. The radiation damaged his throat so bad that he couldn't eat. He starved to death as a result. The radiation was supposed to reduce his pain by shrinking the tumor size, but these incompetent doctors ended up causing him much more suffering and a premature death.
