I have been bringing my mother here for many years. We love and trust the drs and the medical staff. They’re great! However, the front office staff are consistently miserable, unpleasant, inconvenienced. It’s the worst I’ve encountered in any medical setting. And I actually do that very job for a living, so I know there is no excuse for it. They are the first and last faces a patient sees each visit. It sets a tone. So...5 stars for the medical staff, 1for the front desk staff.

Dr. Garg is an amazing physician. No matter how many patients he has he always makes me feel cared for and special. Dr Garg is an outstanding human being. The staff is wonderful. A special thanks to Rebecca who took time from her lunch break yesterday to help me get an Uber ride home because I couldn't see the app because of my eye procedure. Thank you Mid-Atlantic Retina! I always sing your praises to anyone who will listen!

Mid Atlantic Retina by far is the best facility in the region, and probably in the State! The staff and the Drs. are second to none in their professionalism,and courtesy. I would recommend this facility to all my friends and family!

I would NOT recommend this office to anyone! Front desk ladies were rude and made my daughter fill out more information (paperwork) since their systems were down - this was already after she had completed all of their required information online. In addition, this caused a delay & waiting time by 40 minutes until we were seen by the doctor. The Assistant that was in the room with the Doctor seemed to have an attitude and barely spoke or either of us or gave any direction. Very disappointing.

Trying to get an answer and talk to somewhere to answer a question for 6 months; finally got a tech, and she was completely uncaring. We're going elsewhere.
