The staff was very helpful in explaining my daughter's new medicine to her and I. They took the time to answer her questions and made her feel comfortable with it. My only complaints are that they talked down to her (she's autistic) and the cashier was very rude to her and wouldn't take her money for her copay from her. She acted like she was contagious. The pharmacist helped me find a vitamin that she needed when he didn't have to.

The superstore pharmacy is essential. The rest of the store is not. Getting your meds was deemed #essential and they did an a.o.k. job.

This staff is terribly rude. Every time I come to pick up my prescriptions I have an issue with pricing or my prescriptions being "expired" with over 6 refills remaining. The staff gives me false information and makes me waste my time calling my providers for refills that already exist in their system. To top off them making me waste my time waiting for prescriptions that I have received "ready to be picked up" messages for they are RUDE! Will not be coming here again.

I got a prescription for the antibiotic Bactrim which of course you are suppose to take the entire prescribed amount. I was prescribed 28, I took 2 yesterday, I woke up very tired and couldn't remember if I took one yet and figured ooh just count how many you have to see if you took one. There are 20 left. Completely unacceptable and I will NEVER use Walmart pharmacy again. About on par with my previous visit too where they committed a HIPAA violation when I was prescribed a long prescription for hydrocodone. When it first start they thought it was a strained rhomboid and after steroids didn't work they gave me a week to get in to see a neurologist. He scheduled my spinal fusion after confirmation with an MRI to fix my herniated disc for 3 weeks out and prescribed me hydrocodone to make it to surgery. When I went to fill the second prescription they haughtily asked is this for your shoulder. After berating them for their assumption and explaining it was a herniated disc for my spine I was getting a spinal fusion on I reported them for a HIPAA violation to corporate and HHS. I was going to let bygones be bygones due to the fight to end the opiod crisis but with 2 bad experiences in a row it needs to be part of this review.
