Both times I’ve been at this location for 2 MRIs of my knees have been great. The staff is incredibly kind and compassionate. While getting an MRI is not fun and I’ve been in a lot of pain from my knees, the staff are all so sweet and make the experience so much better. One woman even wrapped me in a freshly warm blanket while I was waiting for my MRI because I looked cold. Made my day!

I wish i could give 0 stars the staff is both rude and incompetent. I eas sent by my attorney. Yhey should know how attorney billing works. I was told my insurance was capitated to a different location. I told them what they should have known, "you bill my insurance. It denies. You bill septa. They said they didnt have that information. I offered to give them the claim number and my attorney (who they should know bebause he sent me) they still turned me away. 3 hours vacation time. 2 hours in traffic. A hundted dollars in lyft fares. All for nothing

Beware! This is not part of Jeff Hospital and their billing department cost me $739 out of pocket. They billed my thyroid cancer ultrasound as an office visit for the "tax benefit" even though it was done at their outpatient facility. This sketchy tax status caused it to be rejected by my insurance company and I had to pay 100% out of pocket. I was not warned about this. I made calls back and forth for 1 1/2 months and they did nothing. they even set a collection agency after me to hurt my credit status. I have moved to U Penn

Jefferson imaging did x-rays, never sent me a bill (MyChart said zero balance so didn’t think I owed anything), yet referred my bill to a collection agency without bothering to contact me. No voicemail, no email, no letter—nothing.
Apparently Jefferson imaging is separate and administers billing separate through InstaMed (owned by JP Morgan, go figure).
How was I supposed to know that radiology has an entirely separate billing department (especially if they never sent me a bill)? And when Jefferson (misleadingly, it turns out) represents that everything is on MyChart? My imaging is there, so why aren’t my bills?
Now I have to deal with a collection agency and possibly credit-reporting agencies because Jefferson screwed up.
Avoid this place like the plague. If you go, be prepared to be surprised by a bill or a collection letter.
