Late July I was there for a filling and missing tooth. The initial turned out to be an assessment for insurance. I asked when the work could get done, especially the filling. One of the dental assistants said she could do the filling. It’s not my experience that dental assistants do fillings, but it’s been a while since my last dental visit. While making the appointment, I was informed that they are trained to do fillings.
At my filling appointment, the dental assistant said she could do it without Novocain. I was hesitant but thought maybe that’s something new as well. Immediately the filling didn’t feel right, but I thought maybe give it a couple days. Less than 24 hours later, the filling popped out while I was talking … I hadn't eaten anything on that tooth because it felt funny..
When I called to complain and schedule an appointment, the receptionist/office manager rudely stated that after multiple fillings (2) that should’ve been expected. At my appointment, I talked with the dentist about what happened. She stated that the dental assistants are trained for that work and fillings can pop out anytime - there’s no guarantee. When I pressed for clarification on “pop out anytime”, she restated there’s no time on how long a filling would last … maybe a day, a week, a month, or a year … it’s anyone’s guess.
With that, I decided to find a dentist who has more confidence in their work and a more competent, compassionate staff.

The very BEST!!! A few years ago my 10 year old daughter who was 8 at the time, fell and broke half of her front tooth off. They took us immediately and gave her, her beautiful smile back in no time! Saw them recently for my daughter and myself with upcoming appointments for my two teenage boys also. My 15 year old will need orthodontic work and I am so thankful they are a “one stop shop” and we don’t have to go elsewhere for his care. In my younger years I myself didn’t have dental and I will be seeing the surgeon…again all in the same place! I am so excited to soon be having the smile I always wanted!! The staff is absolutely AMAZING from start to finish and everything in between!! I am so very thankful we have them for our care!! Couldn’t ask for better!!! Thank you Perfect Smile!!

Dr. Sam and the staff at perfect smiles was amazing! I had two small frightened kids who simply didn’t want to go to the dentists. But not only did they reassure my kids before doing anything, they kept their word! Left the office with two bright smiling kids !

I'm 58 years old and I am FINALLY not afraid to go to the dentist!! I cannot find words that are adequate to describe how nice, friendly, helpful, supportive and professional/knowledgeable every single person who works there are!! From the first phone call, setting up the initial exam, to the extractions, to receiving my brand new PERFECT dentures. I was never made to feel embarrassed about the TRAIN WRECK that I presented to them & I was really impressed by how sincere and careful Dr. Sam was to make sure that my teeth were absolutely PERFECT. And they are!! I wish I would've found this place years ago because who knows.....I may not have had to be talking dentures-I probably would've still had my own teeth because I know they would have taken great care of me earlier on. Do yourself a favor & call them if you're in need of dental care! ❤
