The lab receptionist/nurse is very rude and impolite. I am afraid of needles and she made me feel very uncomfortable. No people skills and even less customer service. All the time I was there she didn't great people coming in. The "next" barked from her chair was the only clue people had to stand up and walk to her. Every question was barked the same way... I still feel bad for this guy who came in after me and was not acknowledged for a good 15 min. While drawing blood, not paying attention to my arm, she had an interesting conversation with the next booth colleague about some sample "they" lost. Won't go back there.

I'm visiting from out of town and my family recommended this place as I needed a urgent care visit. Very nice staff, clean facilities, and excellent care.

I have Dr. Louvet here at Aquidneck Medical in Newport RI, he is a caring man...but, thats not all thankfully I switched Dr.s I have low B12, I also have a problem expending it. My old Dr. Was giving me shots and pills first once a week, for rhe shots than bi-weekly, Pills every day. When I went here to Newport. I asked Dr. Louvet to plz give me my shot im.exhausted because it was a long wait at the time to see him. He said no and explained briefly that B12 has effects now that we're not known and slim.but he wanted me to have bloodwork first. I was a bit upset because I am very ill with a spine all redone .. I live in sciatic pain everyday to my toes. Its worse than a moith full of toothaches. Anyway of course. I did what he said and thankfully. My B12 was some of those few people who couldn't expell it. Its a good thing he took that test because fatigue is better than cancer or other things that can be caised. No like I said I didnt get my shots for months and I was still suoer high above where if your not on a B12 they check for certain cancers ect. He is a great man and has a heart, every woman in that office from secretaries to the nurses up to the Doctors. They have the very best attitudes. They actually call u back. Oh and check it out, if u don't answer they call you again later and leave messages. Not if they need u but even if u need them. Their concerns are so high. Its immaculate which I have some good pictures for you. I also have seen other practitioners and love them all. This is a place of heartfelt people and when u walk in, theres no doctors buiding eery feeling. Your happy to talk to everyone. Wow the listen to you. If your sick I give you my word from a very unable bodied person who.pains so deeply. You won't go wrong. Even the lab is gentle with you. Smiley girls. I was so happy to see an ild friend thats does bloodwork from high school working there. She was sweet back in school too. Im 43 in Dec so I hadn't any idea she would be there. I also heard all good from my new family.. Haha daughters fiance and mom and dad that they loved it. A neighbor and a few more who come here. They are all right. Its a drive for me, well whoever is doing the driving for me but well worth it. Let me tell u a car is so uncomfortable for me but I'll take it to have such a great place with responsible people that do their work and give I love back with their tissues ready if u need them, than drive down the road. Ty Aquidneck Medical for being a place I can relieve my stresses and trust your words.. adding new on Feb 27th 2018.. I'm sad to say Dr leuvett is leaving the practice next month. Saddens me because he really cares.. I hope the new Dr. Replacing him will be half as sweet and caring and also smart. I'll miss you and so will my family. Finally found a Dr I trusted whole heartily and now you will be gone. I'm very sad.
