Tried to make an appointment. I gave all my information (address, phone, birth date etc.) explained my pain, then I was asked for my blue cross number, I explained I was driving on the highway and did not have my number available at the time, as I didn’t want to pull over on Rt. 95, and with a nasty pompous attitude the clerk told me she would not give me an appointment without my Blue Cross number (I said I can bring my card when I come to the appointment) She reiterated, no blue cross number, no appointment. That’s what you call hospitality! Terrible tone, terrible attitude. Not the only show in town.

This place was absolutely horrible. No communication what so ever. Took an hour for me to get into my app to see a foot doctor, the doctor told me he was gunna give me a boot and came back 30 minutes later saying I thought i said you could leave and didn’t give me a boot. Was supposed to call me and give me information about my insurance company scheduling me an mri and if they can cover it or not and I called a week later and no one even put in a request to my insurance company then I was told they would call me in 3 days and I tried calling on the 4th and they kept sending me to voicemail and left a message and here we are 3 weeks later and still no reply. How can you not check up on patience where I’ve now felt like I hurt my foot way worse now. But Finally found another doctor.
