Drove 45 minutes in pain to find out that they decided to cancel my appointment and not even inform me. The lady at reception claimed she left me a voicemail saying it was cancelled but I played the voicemail and never once was that said. Extremely rude and unhelpful. There was never an apology and she could see I was visibly upset and gave me attitude instead of acting with empathy and understanding. Will never go back here again.
