Their front desk is rude and arrogant. I made an appointment for my son just now. She even yelled at me: be patient! But I always was very patient,even she scorned my pronunciations and kept correcting my pronunciations. You understood what I said why you kept correcting my pronunciations and scorned me , you are not my English teacher. Be professional

Went there as a child , thought it would be great to bring my first born. Nurses are jokes, you call and ask questions and they say they don't know what to tell you. Doctors suppose to call you back, never do. God forbid its an emergency . Currently getting my daughters record and transfering her out. Most unprofessional place , I've ever encountered as a "Medical Facility" you'd think, they'd value their patients needs . Im disgusted , and I will never refer them again. I also have a few friends removing their children as well because of this. -
