I was going there for months in hoping that my my neck and my TMJ will get better. But it was a waste of time and money. I wasn't feeling any better.

Just dont do it. It's a revolving door, with little to no improvement. Roller table, neck snap and your out the door. I can do a better job adjusting myself. I left there feeling worse....even after 9+ visits, which is unfortunate.

I appreciate that they use data driven chiropractic care. X-rays. Regularly updated charts, etc. I enjoy the fact that they use the massage beds to ensure muscles are loose before adjusting.
I'm not a fan of the "wham, bam, thank you ma'am" approach of adjusting. I have a couple times been adjusted through the neck but there was no check on other areas of my back. You have to ask for it more often than not, which is a little frustrating. This is ESPECIALLY important for me because I have a rib that tends to get out of place. But if speaking up and asking isn't difficult for you (and it isn't for me) then this place is pretty good. Hence my 4-stars. If they were to change their practices to be a little more attentive then I'll happily update my review to 5-stars since that is my biggest concern.

Not worth your time. We apparently entered out names into a contest for a free adjustment at and Ice Bears game. After contacting me for over a year, I finally decided to give them a chance and made an appointment. Once we got there we checked in and filled out the necessary paperwork then proceeded to wait for an hour before deciding to leave. They called us constantly to solicit our business and then made us wait what would have been over an hour to been seen. My time is more valuable to me than that. They called me like they needed my business and then waisted my time.
