I have nothing but praise for this place. valet parking, excellent front desk staff, friendly x-ray tech. we saw Hannah with Dr. Yau's office. wonderful. some back and forth about a referral to another physician that resulted in excellent responses numerous times from them when I expressed my concerns and the 'game plan' for my son's well being. and we still haven't even really had an interaction with the Dr. Yau or Dr. Burns yet, but if the way their associates handle themselves we are in good hands.

I'm going with one star with the option to revise depending on if\how TOC responds to my complaint. Until and if that happens however, I feel I have no choice.
And that's because TOC, specifically Dr. Michael T. Casey, was going to be at least an hour (and probably considerably longer) late for our
scheduled appointment before I decided to cancel it altogether.
Let's be clear about something: it's unreasonable for patients to expect medical professionals to adhere to appointment times, really even on a consistent basis. It just doesn't work that way.
That being said ...
It's also unreasonable for medical professionals to expect their patients to wait an hour or more past those appointment times. We have schedules to keep as well, which is something many in the medical field don't seem to respect.
Was that true of TOC and Dr. Casey in my case? I don't know, which is why I'm leaving open the possibility of revising my review and rating. What I do know is my time (and money) was completely wasted because they were so late. If TOC can make this right, I'll change my score and review. But if they don't, then I won't.
