I have had a very different experience with this practice than several of those who have already posted their comments. Perhaps it's because I am an old hand at this, having "used up" three machines but only one CPAP mask over the course of almost 20 years. My PCP suggested I have a new Sleep Study done early this year to try to identify why, in the 3-4 months before, I had started to feel overwhelming urges to go back to bed for hours just an hour or two after waking up --- even after 7-8 hours' sleep. The study discovered the mask I had been using all along was not sealing well, despite my using a wide chin strap, resulting in my having an apnea event every 15 seconds. As a result, I was getting no REM sleep. For the next 2 1/2 months, Dr. Alexandre and the entire respiratory team patiently worked with me to find a better sealing and comfortable mask. Every week or two I tried on at least 3-4 different masks in the office, taking home the 2-3 that seemed to offer the best air seal and comfort After trying 10=12 different masks I found one I like very much and reduced my average number of sleep apnea events/hour down to 1.6 or lower. . I would not have been able to buy that many masks on my own since they are not returnable to most suppliers after having been used. If I could give them each a 10 star rating, I would!

I’ve had great service at the sleep center. Dr. Carden was thorough and informative during my appt, the respiratory gal covered the use of the cpap and the various masks and answered questions. They’re available for any questions during business hours.

If I could give lower than a 1, I would. My doctor made appt to come here, when the appt came up me and my daughter both had the flu and I called 24 hours in advance to reschedule. They were going through an office change and I followed their directions on the paper I was given and it was the wrong office so after realizing I was in the wrong building, I called to see were I was suppose to go and was told I was a no show cause of their strict 10 min policy and they would never be able to see me or reschedule because I was sick and then no showed. If this is how they treat patients prior to appts and surgery then I am glad they are not gonna be the ones to do my surgery. Vanderbilt is the way to go!!

I would give zero stars if possible. I had an appointment that I called to confirm the morning of as no one had contacted me to confirm the appointment. An hour before the appointment I got a phone call asking to reschedule. I had driven four hours from Atlanta for this appointment (as I had been in Atlanta the night before and could have extended my stay had I known that the appointment was cancelled). They then told me that they had contacted me multiple times to reschedule which is inaccurate. I had never spoken to anyone about rescheduling my appointment. I continuously told them that one of their employees had confirmed my appointment that morning. They then (after having me on hold for close to 15 minutes) said that a different doctor in the building could see me. As soon as I got off of the phone with them, the "different doctor" called me, asking where I was, & saying that they had been told I was in the building. That is inaccurate. In fact, the st Thomas staff that I originally spoke to instructed me to use the valet when I arrived so why would they think that I was on the building? The doctor then said that I would have to be there "right now" in order to fill out paper work. I let them know that I would have been there twenty minutes ago had I not been on hold for 15 minutes waiting to find out if i could even be seen. They told me to go home because they couldn't see me. I have never received such disgusting, off putting & unprofessional service from any medical office in my entire life. Please do not waste your time here.
