Please avoid this place if you are a woman needing mammogram. If you decide to let them torture you with Stereotactic breast biopsy... do not under any circumstance let Saravanan touch you!! She butchered me, and after causing huge hematoma, and a large swollen purple breast.. she coldly told me I must bruise easy. After the damage... ARA offers no medical care.. None... I had to find a doctor to treat the damage! After weeks I am still recovering. Please get a second opinion... they scare you with , could be cancer... this place is preying on women..

Let me just say I hardly write reviews, but I experience has prompted me to do so. This started off with me being told over the phone that my appointment was at 8:40 pm, so I arrived at 8:20 pm, only to find that my actual appointment was at 9:00 pm. 8:40 was the arrival time. The person on the phone did not notify me of that, otherwise I would not have shown up at 8:20pm. So I am 40 minutes early to an appointment with my kid. We are sitting waiting for 20 minutes, when someone else walked in 30 minutes late for their appointment (they told me themselves they were late). They were called back within minutes, they were pretty shocked themselves, as was I. I continued to wait, WITH MY KID, about 10 more minutes. I went to the receptionist JEANIE or Jenny, and inquired about the fact that we were misled about the appointment time and that they chose to make me and my kid, who was exhausted at this point, go after someone who was clearly late for their own appointment. In a very contrived tone, she said there was only one tech and we would have to wait at least another hour until the other patient was finished. She never addressed why they called the other patient back before us, or what their policy is for late arrivals to appointments. I felt like she wanted us to leave or something. I sat back down for a few more minutes, once me and my sleepy child had enough I went back to the other receptionist (Not Jeanie) told her we would be leaving. Jeanie chimes in to say, 'And ma'am we are not babysitters here". I said 'Excuse me? I didn't ask you to babysit, I am leaving anyway so what is the point of you saying that?' She said 'well you need to bring someone with you next time', I said 'I am a single mother who just moved from out of state, so I don't have anyone to bring with me. And I don't need you to advise me on how to handle the appointments I schedule here' I was shocked, and rather pissed at how rude and condescending she was. Be aware that having an appointment means NOTHING, you might still wait forever because apparently they only have one tech that does certain procedures at night. And even though you are on time they might allow someone who is late to go before you. What a waste of my time, in my opinion Jeanie needs a lesson in customer service.

I’m really sad to see the negative reviews. I had a wonderful experience here. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Belinda was very sweet, reassuring and knowledgeable. I felt completely relaxed and was happy for the comfortable experience of my first mammogram.
