I was seen recently at the Cedar Park Neurological Department. I was pleased with the high level of care I received from the moment I entered the office. Cecily the nurse was kind, compassionate and gracious. Dr.Patel was just as gentle and sweet! It's wonderful to be treated with such thoughtfulness and respect. The doctor and her staff treated me as a special person, as though my health truly mattered.

Dr. Mummaneni is one of the best doctors I have been to in a long time. I had such a great experience from when I arrived and left. The staff is nice and super friendly. Dr. Mummaneni addressed all my concerns and explained everything to me throughly. I’m very happy to have him as my doctor.

After 21 years of having the same neurologist in Austin, my husband needed to make the transition to another provider due to circumstances beyond our control. Dr. Patel was an excellent choice and relieved the stress of finding a replacement after so many years. She is very thorough, very personable, and spent a lot of time explaining things to us. My husband and I are very happy to have found her.

Downhill. When Dr. Mukundan was here I loved this office. Sadly, they are unorganized, inefficient, unable to keep promises, and a major disappointment. Patient centered care left the building with Mukundan. Just go elsewhere for practitioners that truly care versus doing it for the money.

Cedar Park Neurology and Sleep Medicine made my appointment in a timely manner. When I arrived for the appointment I did not have to wait long in the waiting room. Once in the room the nurse took my vitals and I had a short wait for Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel was very attentive to my concerns, discussed thoroughly a new medication she was prescribing and answered all my questions. We discussed the need for a return visit. We concluded our appointment and she directed me the scheduling person. Once my appointment was scheduled I was ready to leave.
Overall the appointment was efficient and thorough. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Patel which will be a virtual appointment.
CPNASM gets an A+ from me for my appointment.
